Weekly Regular Residential Pool and Hot Tub Maintenance 

If you are looking to hire a professional pool company to take care of your pool or hot tub during the year, our full-service weekly maintenance program is sure to meet your needs. After an initial assessment, we will come up with a comprehensive plan to suit your pool or hot tub requirements.

As part of this program, the pool opening, start-up cleanings, basic pool chemicals, weekly cleanings/check ups, and pool closing are pre-booked and paid for in advance.

Once your pool or hot tub has been opened and water initially balanced, we include all standard chemicals required to keep everything clean and clear for the duration of the program. Specialty chemicals can be added for an extra charge.

During each residential maintenance visit, our technicians will:

  • Inspect equipment
  • Backwash sand filter (if applicable)
  • Record filter pressure at arrival and departure
  • Top up water for duration of visit (as required)
  • Brush scum line
  • Scoop water surface debris
  • Clean pool or hot tub
  • Empty pump & skimmer basket
  • Water test and analysis
  • Record chemical levels
  • Add appropriate chemicals (standard chemicals are included)
  • Keep notes on any changes in equipment operations and notify client if repairs are needed
